I TOTALLY just realized that today marks the day I began blogging---2 years ago. So, YAY! I didn't even know what a blog was 2 years ago. I LOVE BLOGGING!!!! Oh, quick funny story: My 86 year old grandma was talking about my blog the other day. She wanted me to set up my blog on her computer so she could easily access it. But, instead of saying "blog", she called it a "blob". HAHAHAHAHA! That rocks. I wanted to get all cheesy & sentimental here too. THANK YOU SOOOOOOOO MUCH to all my readers & followers & fans, for reading.....& following.....&....fanning. (?) I get seriously giddy every time I get comments. The comments are the heart of my blog---the heart of ANY blog, really. And I do get sad puppy dog face if things are quiet around WhiMSy love land. For reals. So, say stuff. It makes me HAPPY! And I'm so blown away at all the nice emails I get from my blog readers with such encouraging & lovely things to say. So, thank you, thank you, thank you.
And I half thought of this next idea & half copied from Pampering Beki's blog: What do you love about this ole blog of mine? What would you like to see more of? What do you want to know about ME? Thanks for your blog. I have your owlie at work, I loved it so much on our Xmas tree that I took it work to cheer me up. I would love to see more colors/holidays/seasons for your owlie. I am wondering what made you start your etsy business and your blog. Have you always been this creative/creative? What is your favorite thing you have created/crafted?

Love the blog & shop... i've always wondered how you find time in your day to do "it all", esp w/ the wee ones. i have always hoped you sometimes take photos, write your blog, etc days in advance & then just choose a time to upload them. this way i feel better at my inability to keep up with your pace. don't you ever just chill, feet up, trashy tv blaring, glass of wine AND do absolutely NOTHING for a few hours?

Way to go Nikki ~ a most happy blog-iversary to you crafty lady! I thoroughly enjoy reading DAILY, so one of my favorite parts is how frequently you update ~ people who don't make me cranky, it's not pretty really, I SO judge! I think my very favorite thing is your spunky 'tude though, it's inspiring and invigorating in the early morning!;)Encourages me to get going. Question: How do you always jump so high? Trampoline? Oh, and I can't forget the tunes ~ my son(7) always says, "ooh, that's my favorite song!", when the site opens! Thanks, keep it comin'!

I tend to be a glass half empty type sometimes, and this blog always makes me feel better. I like that you blog pretty much every day now and I love seeing the pictures of the things you do. ReplyDeleteI have never left a comment...why I dont know! Silly me. I pretty much look on every dayish. I started when Scott asked Keith something about your blog and traffic..and I saw it, and I thought it was so cute! I check it out for the tutes! Im a big fan of tutes :) Me and my 3 wee ones are bored quite often but I have had so many lovely ideas from here! For example...I made the mini pie bottle caps and made them into magnets because I had to cover up the jack daniels word on the other side. hehehe
So keep up the blogging and keep the crafty ideas rollin'! And had u not moved so far away Im sure we would have been great crafting friends, and our little girls would have had sooo much fun together! Anywayz...happy anniversary to you!

Because it's BO -blogland Original (not to be confused with the GO -gangster Original popular with today's youth). Somehow just reading it makes me feel like I've done something crafty and fun. My girls and I have tried a recipe, done a craft, and joined a project seen on your blog.
