So silly but when I clicked on the Sylvia C shop and then on the bangle the first words are 'Oh La La' and I thought, huh that would be super cute on the bracelet!
ReplyDeleteVery cute stuff! I would have "This is the day" on it to remind myself to be thankful for each day.
ReplyDeleteI have no idea what I would put on my bracelet. But they would definitely make great Christmas presents!! She is a "favorite seller" now!!
ReplyDeletegeez, i would definitely have to do some serious thinking about what i would want on the bracelet, but i also have to agree that it would be a lovely christmas present! :)

ReplyDeleteOhhhhhh.... Definitely something like "Carpe Diem" or "Create Yourself"
ReplyDeleteThose are really cute! I'd probably put "Abide" on mine....
ReplyDeleteMine would say "shoot for the moon." My dad told me this during a rough patch I was going through, because even if you miss, you can still catch some stars. He helped and encouraged me even when he himself was going through treatment, so it's one of my favorite phrases.
ReplyDeleteIt's lovely! Thanks for the chance.
ReplyDeleteMine would say something in spanish...
This is gorgeous! I would have it say something about creating - hmm... not sure yet.... Maybe keep it simple like "Create. Always."

ReplyDeleteI would say....
Believe in Miracles or
Miracles do happen
:)
Thanks~ I hope I win, I would love to wear this!
what a beautiful bracelet! i'm not very good at being profound, though, so i'd have to think about what i'd want on it some more. :)
ReplyDeleteThat's such a gorgeous bracelet! I will be thinking of what I'd want it to say!
ReplyDeleteThat is so cute! Mine would probably say something super creative like "Together for Good." :)
ReplyDeleteBe who you are - I was playing with this in my journal today!
ReplyDeleteOr,
If you can read this, bring me a latte.
Count me in? Thanks! I think if I won this delightful opportunity, I would have "My Skin's Too Short" engraved on it. One day, my daughter and I were pretending to be twangy Country and Western singers and that's the title of the song she made up. We had sooo much fun crooning that day! I would wrap this special bangle up and give it to her for Christmas!

My current favorite saying is "Kindness Matters." I think that's what I might put on it.

Yippee! A give away! It's always fun to enter. Sylvia's jewelry is truly lovely. I too, would have to come up with some profound statement. I saw this on a T-shirt:
ReplyDelete"I'd give up chocolate, but I'm no quitter!"
I would definitely put:
ReplyDeleteFollowing My Muse
This is my website name followmymuse and I came about it from my MENTOR and BEST friend a master photographer who passed away last year at the age of 82.
He always told me to follow my muse I take it to HEART:)
I think mine might say:
ReplyDeleteI love buttons
OR
Be happy
I don't know. There's just so many things. But I do like those two.
My choice for the bracelet would be "Better Together" - a Jack Johnson song, and the motto we've had since the beginning of our relationship.
ReplyDeleteMy only question... Does she make them for smaller wrists? I can't ever wear these kinds of bracelets because my wrists are so tiny!!

What a great way to remind yourself of the important things in life. Big week for us this week and a bit of a yarn behind my saying. My husband is going to have a kidney transplant in 6 days from a humble and amazing, good friend. It's been a rough trot over the past year with some icky bits. BUT, we get this chance to have our Daddy back in good health without years of dialysis so, I can't help but think each day - Wonderfully Blessed! Lovely to win but even if I don't, I think I'd like one anyway and thanks for the tip, Nikki. Lisa.
ReplyDeleteI would dearly love to win this...and if I don't...I'll prbly buy one someday anyway...but, srsly, I like winning stuffs...esp. AMAZING hand-crafted beautiful things such as this! Yay Sylvia!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beauty of a bracelet! Mine would say "Small sacrifice, long-term gain" --to remind me of my commitment to health, fitness and wellness.
ReplyDeleteforgot to leave my email mary_phelan at verizon dot net
ReplyDeleteMine would say Kaylie-Jordan-Jackson. I would get bored with a little cliche' phrase, but never my kids names'. They are more inspiring than any quote or saying after-all.
ReplyDeleteDessine-moi un mouton. A quote from my all time favorite store, Le Petit Prince. It reminds to live life through a child's eyes.
ReplyDeleteI might just even get one monogrammed.
ReplyDeleteI would want my bracelet to say "Never is an awfully long time..." From my favorite movie. Just a personal reminder that I should never say never.
ReplyDeleteWendy Ayer
If it would fit I would put
ReplyDelete"The Lord didn't do it all in one day...What makes me think I can"
If not then I would need to think of what to put.
Thanks Nikki, you always give us somthing fun!!
ooohh...I like it alot! I think mine would say "Sister in Christ"...thanks for sharing...i love your blog!!
ReplyDeletei would probably put the phrase that my acting teacher put at the end of every journal we had to turn in...
ReplyDelete"now begin"
Mine would say: La vie est Belle...Life is Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI would have it say
ReplyDelete"L.A. face with an Oakland booty"
and give it to my bestie for Christmas.
i think mine would say
ReplyDelete"throw the careful into the crazy"
pretty much sums up how i would like to live my life!
I like the idea of having my children's names on mine: Jaymie Corie JJ Jeffrey
ReplyDeleteThanks for introducing us to Sylvia's shop!

ReplyDelete~Tammy
