The Creative Thanksgiving

Here's a quick idea I incorporated into a recent early Thanksgiving dinner held at my church...
After spreading white paper tableclothes on each table, Pazely & I bundled up many, many sets of crayons with string. The bundles were placed on each table so that guests could draw, doodle, scribble, or write. Some used it as a chance to sketch what they were thankful for.

  2. Love it! My family has a couple of reusable fabric tablecloths that we use every year to write what we are thankful for that year. Always fun to look back :)

  4. I love this idea and used it at my church a few years ago when I planned a benefit dinner and night of music. We used brown craft paper all over the tables and I set out cups of crayons. We served fried chicken and sides buffet style. Even the adults got in on the fun.
