Bug City

The girls & I caught a praying mantis & a hornet.

I apologize in advance for my extremely annoying high-pitched cackle laugh--one of the many of my repertoire of chuckles, giggles, guffaws & snickers.

And then there's the finale. Just watch. You'll see. (I guess I panicked & forgot we were "filming".)

*no bugs were harmed in the making of this video.*

  1. OMG!! Olivia and I watched this, and if I had some kind of recording device, you would have heard her saying, "RUN!!! Bees sting with their butts!" :)

  4. Oh thank you ~ I LOVE to laugh in the morning! I watched it three times and laughed harder with each one. There is nothing wrong with your laugh either, silly girl! The whole thing was great, so fun to put voices to faces, hope we can have more. Have a super Saturday!

  7. I'm so glad I found your blog. I'm not much of a bug fanatic, but my daughter loves insects and everything to do with them, so I'm doing what I can to learn along with her. That video was hilarious! We just made our own bug necklaces this week, and love the idea! Thanks for sharing!
