Snacktime. My Favorite Time of Day.

Spread some chocolatey frosting love on one side of a graham cracker.
Then spread some peanut butter gooey goodness on the other side.
Smoosh together & die of snack happiness.
(Not necessarily a healthy snack. But hey, I threw some apples in the mix.)
Please, share your favorites so I can add them to my list of after-school snack ideas!

  1. This one goes in the "not healthy" pile: Twist open an Oreo, slather some peanut butter on the unfrosted half, smoosh it back together...Reeses Oreos!

  2. NUTELLA!!!!!!

Banana and Nutella on Ritz crackers. Mmmm, mmm...

Well, at least that's what I hear. I don't really eat it 'cause I'm not a big fan of bananas. Hehe.

Peanut butter and honey on crackers or as a half sandwich.

    Pepperjack cheese and turkey.

    Celery and cream cheese.

Peanut butter balls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!dipped in chocolate...even BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I think I'm hungry.

Oh, and my word verification was "prize." :)

  3. I say Nutella too :) Same as what you have there, only with Nutella. Or just skip the peanut butter and crackers altogether and just eat the Nutella ;)

  4. I made the banana-oatmeal cookies from Cooking Light this week, and they have been a big hit for afterschool, with some milk. In case you're worried, there are chocolate chips - but you could always slather them in chocolate and smash them together too...

  5. Slices of apple to dip in your favorite flavor of yogurt!

A smoothie with some protein powder/milk/frozen strawberries or blueberries/banana/honey/etc...anything you like really!

  8. Instead of chocolate frosting you could use nutella, and then put raisins in the mix! Yum. We usually have a string cheese and some fruit of some kind for after school snack.

  10. I've always been a fan of apples & peanut butter, or carrots and tuna, or ritz crackers and tuna (delishhhhh), or some plain yogurt with cut up fruits mixed in, or a peanut butter/banana sandwich.

    =)

  11. Ants on a log - celery with peanut butter in the crevice, with raisins on top. Or a variation - celery with cream cheese and crasins; also good for those who are allergic to peanut butter. Yum.
