This was another day where mommy didn't have to plan a dern thing.
It's kinda nice when that happens sometimes.
My girls have been able to go to Summer school this week (& get to go for 2 more weeks)---what a cool thing that is! They made no-bake playdough today! And did science experiments! And math & writing! And had snacks & watched a bit of a movie! Rock on!

And then a neighborhood friend came over & the 3 girls made up water obstacle courses & then surprised me with a giant sidewalk chalk collage of cupcakes & mushrooms & gnomes.

They even had a parade & threw flowers at me.
