We've been going through our fair share of bruised bananas. But, before daddy could throw one more brown beauty away, I snatched 'em up & told the girls THEY were making banana bread today. I helped very little in the process.
After the mini loaves came out of the oven, I sliced us all up a fresh piece, complete with butter. The girls found a sunny spot on the kitchen floor, & gobbled their treats. How proud they were!
