New Vintage Button Rings!!

I've stocked the shop with lots more vintage button rings! One of my customer's is purchasing FOURTEEN of them for girls in her youth group. Cool huh?
Tomorrow I'll have pics to show of my completed (YAY!) set of washable fleece foods that I made for my 2 girls & my niece for Christmas presents. Stay tuned!

Washable Fleece Food!

Despite the SEVERELY slow mood at WhiMSy love, I've had SO MUCH FUN taking my free time to make Christmas presents for my girls & niece. Just look at all the fun colors of thread I get to use! It reminds me of when I asked Zoey (my 5 year old) this morning: "What's your favorite color?" and she replied, "The rainbow."
Making 2 sets of everything is quite interesting. Sometimes I end up making 3 sets of stuff: one to practice on ('cause I've never done this before!) & then the 2 "REAL" ones! Here's a sneak peek at my washable fleece foods! I've got several more foods to make but these are the few that are complete...

Can you guess what's next on the menu? I've got these all cut out & ready to sew tomorrow after I drop the girls at preschool! I'm sewing them on my mom's sewing machine at her house. Oh, how I hope Santa hears me say, "All I want for Christmas is a sewing machine!!!" Borrowing mom's is perfectly fine, but it does have a few years on it & I'm sure it's ancient in sewing machine years!

It has been so fun deciding what foods to make. I could really go crazy here! I think this is my newest favorite thing in the world right now!

My "BOOK ART" is featured exclusively at realmdekor.com through March. I sent them a pic & wrote a short bio--& it's FINALLY up on their website! Click HERE to check it out! I'll be submitting more book folds to them this week & they'll be using photos I took of the books instead of the dark ones listed in their shop now. Cool huh?
