This is so sweet & yummy & creamy & doesn't stick to your teeth or the roof of your mouth like regular caramel does.
* 8 ounces softened cream cheese
* 1/4 CUP sugar
* 3/4 CUP brown sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Cream all ingredients together. Keep leftovers refrigerated.

ReplyDeleteI make this often, I love it because it is easy, and not quite as labor intensive as real caramel. In fact, on my recipe card, it is titled..."Fake Caramel." Funny huh?

Yummy! I have several recipes for carmel dips that I love! My favorite is similar to yours but also has Heath Toffee chips added in. It gives it a little unexpected crunch and boy is it yummy!
