{cake}

Mr. WhiMSy love brought home this All American Chocolate Cake from Costco.
It weighs 7 pounds.
It is the most delicious chocolate cake I have ever eaten.
It's for my sister's birthday party this evening.
She's 40. I remember being a kid
& thinking that 40 was soooooo old. Now that I'm not too far from that age myself, I have reassessed my thoughts on that matter.

    Mmmmmm! I could inhale 1/4 of that cake right now! Looks divine! And I agree (at 32 yrs old) that 40 doesn't look so old after all like it used to! :)

    Happy Birthday Stacie! That is the best chocolate cake I have ever had, my daughter and I had it last year for our b-days! Hope you enjoy it as much as we did :)

    Happy Birthday to Sweet Sister....


    ...and PLEASE, for the love of all that is fudgy and yummy, stick that cake in the refrigerator. Oh, please - do it for me. The icing gels up, and the cake gets moister somehow, and it's just to DIE for. (I wouldn't recommend it for any other cake, but it's the ONLY way to eat a Costco fudge cake. If I'm too late for the cake pictured above...go get another one! Trust me.)

    That is my ALL TIME FAVORITE CAKE. I get it every year for my birthday...and hoard any leftovers. After all, it IS my birthday :)
