This week was all about the first day of school. I was always a really shy kid & I remember the awful nerves I had on the first days of school. Well, I'm happy to report that my girls LOVE school. Which makes me so relieved. It wasn't long ago that I was prying Pazely's little fingers off my legs as I dropped her at preschool. I love asking what their favorite part of school is. Zoey loves getting to eat in the cafeteria. And Pazely loves singing songs in her class. But I wonder if the ache in my heart will fade as the weeks go by.
This week also brought about the urgent planning of a certain little girl's upcoming birthday party. I have the sweetest blog fans who have emailed me & commented on my blog about all their fabulous ideas. Thank you! I can't wait to share the details! But, you'll have to wait until after the party.
The last couple days have brought about breezes & a bit more cool weather. We've opened our windows & enjoyed the fresh air. It maks me excited for Fall, my favorite time of year.
I'm soooo looking forward to my date tomorrow morning. Me. Tia. Coffee. Books. Mags. Lounging. Chilling. Giggling.
Happy Monday!

I can't wait for your little one's birthday. I love seeing what you do for your girls' birthdays. So crafty and fun of course. And I'm sure once you realize that you have more time to yourself and crafting that the little lonely ache you feel will fade away. And look at it this way, it gives you those few hours during the day to attempt new adventures you may not have been able to do before. And no one is a witness if you decide to just be lazy and not do anything at all. ;-) See, there is a silver lining to having a few hours to yourself during the day. LOL! Hope you had fun with your friend Tia today. :-) And woo hoo! Autumn is coming! My fave time too. :-)
